Sky Italia report that Serie A club Inter Milan have agreed a €4.5m fee with Chelsea to sign 33-year-old French international striker Olivier Giroud.
The player appears likely to have a medical with the Italian outfit this weekend. CFC will also receive up to an additional €2m in bonuses.
Inter have already agreed personal terms with Giroud over a 2.5 year deal worth €4m a year, an agreement that sees Giroud take a €1m a year pay cut.
