4th division side Chartres have today announced the appointment of ex-French international Jean-Pierre Papin as their new manager on a 12-month contract with the option to extend by a further 12 months.
He replaces Jean-Guy Wallemme in the process and steps back into football management for the first time in a decade since his 2009/10 spell with Châteauroux.
