L’Équipe reported this morning that 21-year-old Le Havre midfielder Pape Gueye signed a pre-contract agreement with Premier League side Watford back in January, with his current contract with HAC expiring in June.
The Premier League side have moments ago confirmed the transfer, with Gueye joining them on July 1st on a 5-year contract.
The midfielder has represented France at both U18 and U19 levels.
