Speaking to Le Républicain Lorrain, Ligue 1 side Metz full-back Manuel Cabit discussed how he is recovering from the car accident that left him without feeling in his legs last November.
“I am much better. I have been in a wheelchair for 3 weeks now and I am able to operate it by myself, even though I am not 100% independent. I still do not have any feeling in my legs… I want to accomplish my dream of walking and playing football again… I say to myself that I am still alive, and soon, I will be a father. The Guingamp player, Nathaël Julan, was not as fortunate.”
