Official | Max-Alain Gradel leaves Toulouse by mutual consent

Ligue 2 side Toulouse have announced the departure of Ivorian attacking midfielder Max-Alain Gradel by mutual consent – the 32-year-old’s wages were too considerable for Les Violets to retain him now that they have been relegated to the second tier of French football.

Gradel scored 28 times in 69 matches for TFC across three seasons.

La Depeche du Midi report that the ex-Bournemouth and Leeds United man is poised to join Turkish side Sivasspor on a 3-year contract. Gradel has already had discussions with the coaching staff there and seems to have been convinced by the proposal.
