L’Équipe report that Scottish side Rangers have made a concrete approach for 26-year-old Brest midfielder Haris Belkebla.
Under contract with the Ligue 1 club until June 2022, he is attracting interest from a number of clubs. RC Lens have also made enquiries, having missed out on Kévin N’Doram, who chose to go to Metz instead from AS Monaco.
The Scottish side look poised to accelerate talks with Belkebla and could quickly make a first formal offer.
