L’Équipe report that Strasbourg have agreed a loan with €2m obligation to buy deal with FC Porto to sign 28-year-old Ghanaian attacker Majeed Waris.
The player even arrived in France today to conclude the deal, but certain details remain in doubt this evening, owing to the number of intermediaries trying to do last minute meddling in the agreement. As of this evening, Waris has yet to sign. Last summer, he was expected to join Leganes, only for the deal to fall through because of similar intermediary troubles – could the same occur this time round?
