Speaking to the Senegalese Press Agency (APS), Thierno Seydi, agent to Senegalese international attacker and FC Metz man Habib Diallo, confirmed that his client could move on this summer.
“Already in January, there was an offer from Tottenham. As soon as the European markets open, things should precipitate.”
Diallo joined Metz in 2013 and is under contract with them until June 2022.
