TF1 report that Italian side AC Milan are in advanced negotiations with Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg over a €15m + considerable bonuses deal to sign French defender Mohamed Simakan.
The 20-year-old, who was the subject of four formal bids from Milan in the previous window, is now also discussing personal terms with Serie A club.
RB Leipzig are also in the race and would be keen to land the player this month.
