Dijon President Delcourt looking to restructure recruitment department

L’Équipe report that Ligue 1 side Dijon are looking to restructure their recruitment department as they seek to prepare themselves for the French 2nd division.

DFCO have produced as shortlist of candidates to lead this department – there are two men currently on it. 

The first is Julien Cordonnier, who has been a member of the the St Étienne recruitment department since 2018. The 40-year-old is a former Sporting Director of US Orléans and has the advantage of knowing the amateur divisions of French football very well.

The second is Gérald Passi, the 57-year-old had been in running for the Director of Recruitment position at Toulouse in summer – Passi has had prior experiences in the recruitment departments at Nice and Monaco.
