Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann has announced in today’s press conference that French winger Kingsley Coman has undergone an operation concerning a minor cardiac issue.
His words transcribed in L’Équipe, Nagelsmann clarified that “Kingsley Coman had a minor added heartbeat, a minor cardiac rhythm problem. He briefly had shortages of breath. That’s why we decided to have him undergo the procedure. He was operated yesterday [Thursday]”.
The French international will miss two weeks of action, with the German coach indicating that the former Juventus man would resume cardio training on Tuesday.
