Mario Lemina will join OGC Nice

A busy window continues for OGC Nice with their season already seemingly gathering momentum thanks to a host of interesting additions including Ligue 1 title winning coach Christophe Galtier.

According to RMC, Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina, who spent last season on loan with Fulham, is close to joining the French club. A three year deal awaits the former Marseille man at the Allianz Riviera which should be signed in the next few days after the player arrived in the south of France last night.

The now 27-year-old Gabonese international has had something of a nomadic career so far, taking in Lorient, Marseille, Juventus, Southampton, Galatasaray, Fulham and now, potentially, Nice, all in the last eight seasons and would follow Calvin Stengs (AZ), Melvin Bard (Lyon), Jean-Clair Todibo (Barcelona) and Justin Kluivert (Roma) through the door at a new look Nice for the coming season.
