Speaking in an interview with RMC, Chelsea and France striker Olivier Giroud discussed the return of Karim Benzema.
“It is good news for the French national team. An additional attacking weapon, increasing our chances of performing well. I feel that it is good for the squad, aside from that we are going to be expected to perform as European vice-champions and World champions. We have a certain standard to uphold, to meet. All the weapons are welcome, so of course Karim is welcome.”
