RMC Sport report that 28-year-old French versatile midfielder/attacker Renaud Ripart is leaving Ligue 2 outfit Nîmes, where he is club captain, to join newly-promoted to Ligue 1 side ESTAC Troyes in a €3m deal.
The player also had an offer from Nantes but preferred the project being run by Laurent Batlles.
Ripart scored 11 goals in 38 French top flight matches last season.
