RMC Sport report that Premier League side West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday submitted what they view to be their final proposal to sign 26-year-old Turkish midfielder Okay Yokuslu from Spanish side Celta Vigo.
The deal is a loan, which includes a fee, with an obligation to buy in the event that the Baggies avoid relegation from the Premier League worth around €5m. Celta Vigo are expected to come back with a response before close of play today.
