Téléfoot Chaine report that Premier League club West Ham United are poised to make an opening €10m bid for 24-year-old Senegalese attacker Boulaye Dia to Reims.
Dia has 12 goals in 17 matches so far this season and has a gentlemen’s agreement to leave should he want to. However, SDR want at least €15m in order to sell.
