Aminata Diallo denies every allegation in the Hamraoui case

Released from jail under judicial supervision, Aminata Diallo has now told the police that the allegation of a planned attack on her former PSG teammate Kheira Hamraoui was a conspiracy against her.

According to Le Parisien, Diallo, accused of “aggravated violence” and “criminal association” in the Hamraoui case, has continued to claim her innocence since she was interrogated by the investigators of the judicial police of Versailles during her police custody on September 16.

Although police subsequently arrested the four perpetrators, who recognized Diallo as the mastermind behind the attack on Hamraoui, Diallo denied the allegations, asserting that she didn’t know any of those four wrongdoers.

When asked why all of the four men recognized her as the main culprit, Diallo reportedly opined that the press had been running an agenda against the former PSG midfielder. She was quoted as saying:

“It’s easy. For 10 months, that’s what we’ve been trying to say in the press. I feel like it’s a conspiracy against me.”

Having rejected the allegations verbally, Diallo eventually exercised the right to stay silent before the examining magistrate. Even if she tried to present herself as a friend of Hamraoui, the magistrate remained far from convinced of her innocence. Finally, after five days in custody, Diallo was released from jail under judicial supervision. Now, she will have to prepare her defence for the trial.
