In an official statement released by the club today, Olympique de Marseille have announced that “Cazoo will become the principal partner and new shirt sponsor.”
Having signed a multi-year deal, the sum paid for the sponsorship was not revealed. The Cazoo logo will replace that of Uber Eats, who have sponsored Marseille since the 2019/20 season.
“We are delighted to welcome Cazoo, a young business already at the level of the biggest international companies, to the Olympique de Marseille family,” read the statement. “Beyond the shared values such as overtaking and combativeness, this partnership symbolises our common will to play on the European scene and to continue to grow together, each in our own world of expertise.”
The online car sale company already sponsors Aston Villa and Everton in the Premier League.
