Jack Grealish: “I know I can play better than I have so far.”

Speaking to L’ÉquipeManchester City’s Jack Grealish (27) reflected on his performances since joining the Premier League champions. 

In 51 appearances, Grealish has scored seven times and registered four assists, prompting the Englan international to state that he feels he can do better. “Pressure is a privilege because if you feel it, it means that people are interested in you. It doesn’t bother me, for example, when the opposing fans whistle me during games.”

He continued, “In the same way, I try to all those that have criticised me since arriving at Manchester City wrong. I know I can play better than I have so far. For now, people have only seen a glimpse of what I’m capable of within this team.”

During the interview, Grealish also spoke about his integration at Manchester City, and the way in which he is deployed differs from his role at Aston Villa.
