According to Foot Mercato former OL man Jason Denayer (27) has reopened discussions with Turkish side Beşiktaş – with two Saudi clubs having already made a concrete offer to the Belgian defender who is currently without a club after his deal with Lyon expired this summer.
It was reported that the Süper Lig side were interested in the centre-back earlier in the window, but the player was not interested. However, with the Belgian not being keen on making the move to the Middle-East he has reopened discussions with Beşiktaş, who are now hoping a deal can be agreed.
Earlier in the window Rennes were interested in signing the defender, but Denayer did not express any intent to sign for the Breton side as the move to replace Nayef Arguerd fell through.
The centre back endured a rough end to last season after injury- and fell out of favour under Peter Bosz whilst struggling to agree on a new contract at OL.
