Le Parisien are reporting that Luís Campos is set to depart Paris Saint-Germain this winter. The Portuguese sporting adviser only arrived at the Parc des Princes this summer.
According to Le Parisien, Kylian Mbappé (23) wants to leave PSG this summer and feels “betrayed” by the club. The French international signed a three-year extension back in the summer amidst intense interest from Real Madrid, who were looking to sign him on a free transfer.
Campos, who was with Mbappé at Monaco, before being reunited with the forward at PSG, has been “closely attached” to the player since he was 14 years old. Should Mbappé leave, which is by no means a certainty, despite his reported unhappiness at PSG, Campos could also leave the club.
Le Parisien report that Campos could leave due to conflict with president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and Antero Henrique. Campos was reportedly unhappy with the work of the latter this summer, as he failed to offload many of PSG’s undesirable players. Like Mbappé, he feels “betrayed” by the board.
