As reported by L’Équipe, Chelsea and France international midfielder N’Golo Kanté could leave the London club this summer.
With the 31-year-old World Cup winner’s contract up next year, Chelsea have been negotiating with the player over a new deal for several months.
Kanté is happy at Chelsea, say the sports daily – who included the midfielder on a rundown of possible transfer window movers, but nothing has been sorted as yet and many clubs have enquired over the possibility of signing him. As such, the player’s future with Chelsea isn’t secure as it stands.
The Athletic report Manchester United were one such club, while PSG made an approach in the winter.
