PSG right-back Colin Dagba refuses to join Saint-Étienne amid widespread interest

As reported by Foot Mercato, struggling at the bottom of the table with their squad depleted by departures for the African Nations Cup, Saint-Étienne had hoped to add PSG’s 23-year-old right-back Colin Dagba to their squad this month.

PSG academy graduate Dagba, however, has turned down both the chance to move to Les Verts permanently and on a loan deal for the rest of the season. In search of a more solid project, Dagba is being tracked by Real Betis, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Dortmund, Arsenal, and Fiorentina – who he rejected last summer.

He now seems likely to remain in Paris this January but a summer exit is likely.
