Talks between AS Monaco and Real Madrid for midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni (22) will continue in the coming hours as the Spanish side step-up their pursuit, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Romano reports that Real Madrid feel “confident and strong in negotiations,” whilst the French international remains a clear priority.
AS Monaco are not willing to accept less than €80m. Santi Aouna reported yesterday that Real Madrid had launched a bid of over €80m for Tchouaméni, but that it wasn’t enough to make Monaco “yield” as they wait for PSG to start a bidding war.
