Renato Sanches set to seal move to PSG

Foot Mercato report this afternoon that Renato Sanches has arrived in Paris, as he closes in on his move from Lille to Paris Saint-Germain having returned from his holiday in the Algarve.

Sanches was among the players to have agreed personal terms in principle with the club, according to sources contacted by Get French Football News earlier this week. He is now meet with the PSG management in person to complete negotiations over his contract.

The Ligue 1 champions still have to come to an agreement over the transfer fee with Lille, with the former Bayern Munich man only having one year left on his contract with Lille.

Despite receiving an offer from Milan as well, the Portuguese international has rejected the Rossoneri’s approaches and is intent on going to the French capital. PSG’s current offer for the final year of his contract is €10m, with sporting advisor Luis Campos aware that he can also make a move for the midfielder at the end of his deal next summer, which could push his former club to accept.
