Roma make Paulo Dybala their top priority after contract offer

As reported by Foot Mercato, Italian club AS Roma are looking to intensify their interest in former Juventus forward Paulo Dybala this summer.

The 28-year-old Argentine striker left Juventus last month after his contract with the club expired and has been generating interest from various Italian clubs with Inter Milan, AC Milan and Napoli all keen while Manchester United will only accelerate in Dybala’s pursuit should Cristiano Ronaldo leave Old Trafford this summer.

Arsenal, Atlético Madrid, Sevilla, Newcastle United, Borussia Dortmund and Monza have all been linked with the player this off-season too.

Meanwhile, the French outlet report that the forward has been made the Rome club’s top priority for the rest of the transfer window and have offered the player a contract after Inter reportedly all but gave up on their plans to sign the Argentine earlier this week. The player’s preferences remain unknown, however.

In 293 games across all competitions for Juve since joining from Palermo in 2015, La Joya managed 115 goals and 48 assists.
