RMC Sport report this afternoon that FFF General Manager Florence Hardouin has not showed up to her pre-dismissal interview, and told interim president Philippe Diallo – who she was set to have the interview with – beforehand.
RMC add that Hardouin does not feel mentally ready to return to the FFF headquarters, and fears coming across under-fire president Noël Le Graët again, having accused him of bullying and sexual harassment. He regularly returns on site despite having stepped back from his duties, in the midst of accusations of sexual harassment coming from the government-mandated audit into the organisation. His future will be decided by an executive board meeting, which will not take place before next Tuesday.
Hardouin, whose allegedly ruthless management style was also detailed in the eventual audit report and So Foot’s investigation in September, was suspended from her position at the start of January. She suffered a heart attack on finding out about the executive board’s decision to suspend her, and her interview, which was initially set for January 20, was pushed back in the wake of her hospitalisation. Hardouin is under no obligation to attend the interview, and is now expecting her dismissal to be confirmed in writing, which she is set to contest via her legal team.
