According L’Équipe, Olympique de Marseille winger Salim Ben Seghir (19) is set to be loaned out to Bordeaux for the rest of the season. While his younger brother Eliesse continues to impress with AS Monaco, Salim will be looking to follow in his footsteps with the Girondins in Ligue 2.
Salim has made two appearances for Marseille this season, playing five minutes in the Coupe de France and three minutes in Ligue 1. The loan move will provide him with more playing time and an opportunity to develop his skills and gain more experience. The loan move is yet to be finalized but Bordeaux has taken the lead over other interested clubs.
Meanwhile, Bilal Nadir (19) who also joined Marseille from OGC Nice in 2021, is also set to be loaned out in the coming days. The loan move will provide both players with an opportunity to gain more playing time which will be essential for their ongoing development.
