Juventus have announced that French midfielder Paul Pogba has made a full return to training today, undergoing the entirety of the session along with his teammates ahead of the cup tie against Monza on Thursday.
The 29-year-old has yet to feature in a competitive game since his return to the Bianconeri this summer, owing to a knee injury that required surgery and saw him miss out on France’s World Cup campaign.
The midfielder had made a partial return to training last week, after five months on the sidelines, although a return to matchday action has not yet been announced by the Bianconeri. The former Manchester United man was joined by striker Dušan Vlahović in returning to full training. The team’s return to form – which has seen them climb back up into the Serie A top four – was cut short this weekend as they fell to league leaders Napoli by a 5-2 margin. They take on Nantes for their Europa League knockout tie next month.
