As reported by the L’Équipe TV channel late last night, Paris Saint-Germain and notably sporting advisor Luís Campos are already targeting Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani (24) as one of several targets from the Bundesliga.
Specifically, the forward’s relationship with fellow Bondy native Kylian Mbappé (24) in the France national team setup interests the PSG hierarchy, who would like to see the pair in the French capital.
L’Équipe reported earlier this month that Kolo Muani is attracting interest from Manchester United, Liverpool and Bayern Munich – with PSG now concretely joining the list of clubs poising themselves for the €100m-rated attacker.
The former FC Nantes forward has taken the Bundesliga by storm following his free transfer from Les Canaris last summer. The 24-year-old versatile striker, able to play as a centre-forward and as a winger, has scored 10 goals and registered an impressive 12 assists in 20 league games.
Kolo Muani also struck two goals in the Champions League group stage. No Frenchman has settled so quickly in the Bundesliga since Bayern Munich’s Franck Ribéry.
PSG are also reportedly targeting Borussia Mönchengladbach forward Marcus Thuram as well as Manu Koné.
