It seems things are moving right along between Wolverhampton and Pablo Sarabia according to reports from L’Équipe. As GFFN covered, things between the two clubs looked promising, but over the last few hours, the two parties have closed in on a deal for the Spanish international.
If they have not done so already, they hope to finalize the agreement in the coming days. It is being reported that the transfer will be estimated at €5 M, excluding bonuses. The Wolves are set to offer a two-and-a-half-year contract with an optional year for the player. As a backup, it appears La Liga side Getafe has also shown interest in the PSG man.
Though he has struggled to find time on the ball with PSG he certainly has much more to offer on the pitch and even though the 30-year-old may not have had the most memorable World Cup, he is still making regular appearances for his country. Sarabia will certainly look to compete for a starting role with the Premier League team.
