Brest refuse Milan’s swap deal for Lillian Brassier

AC Milan have offered Marco Pellegrino (21) as part of their pitch to Stade Brestois in an attempt to convince the French side to part with Lillian Brassier (24) according to Saber Desfarges

However, like the attempts by VfB Stuttgart and FC Porto to sway Les Pirates this latest advance for the standout defender has been refused. Brest refuse to part with Brassier as they continue their historic search for European football.

Under summer appointment Eric Roy, Brest have been transformed from a team that spent most of last season fighting a relegation battle into podium challengers, as they look to record their highest-ever finish and possibly mount a challenge to enter the Champions League.

This could be a historic season for the small Brittany team and they will be keen to keep all the parts to this excellent side together, especially following a dramatic 2-2 draw away at the Parc des Princes that has given them the belief that this could be a special season.
