PSG and Lille set for talks over Leny Yoro transfer

Paris Saint-Germain and Lille OSC are set for talks over the transfer of Leny Yoro (18) this week, according to a report from Foot Mercato

It had been thought that, despite being a top target, Yoro was out of reach for PSG this month. RMC Sport reported earlier in the transfer window that Les Parisiens, who are looking to strengthen in multiple areas, had set aside just €20m for the signing of a centre-back, having already secured the arrival of Lucas Beraldo.

However, the reigning Ligue 1 champions are insistent and desperate to avoid competition from the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Liverpool in the summer, they are now pushing hard for a move. Discussions between PSG and Lille are set to take place this week, with Luís Campos and Jorge Mendes keen for a move to happen this month. Les Parisiens have already made it clear to Yoro – and his entourage – that he will quickly become a key part of the team.
