PSG target Rafael Leão feels at ‘end of cycle’ at AC Milan and open to Premier League move

Foot Mercato report that Rafael Leão (24) feels that he has reached “the end of a cycle” at AC Milan. The Portuguese forward is a target for Paris Saint-Germain, however, he favours a move either to the Premier League or La Liga.

PSG are seemingly preparing for life post-Kylian Mbappé (25) if reports in France are to be believed. Le Parisien have reported that the France captain has decided to join Real Madrid on a free transfer at the end of the season. Succession planning is now taking place. Téléfoot have revealed that PSG are interested in former Lille OSC winger Leão, whilst The I believe that Les Parisiens have an interest in Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford (26).

However, Foot Mercato understand that Leão is not making a move to PSG, and therefore a return to Ligue 1, a priority. The Portuguese international is instead favouring a move either to England or to Spain. Téléfoot have cited Newcastle United as a potential suitor for the winger, who has a €175m release clause at AC Milan, which will be valid between 5th-15th July 2024.
